房东瞒报租客疫区返回6层违建被拆

　　租客由疫区回到广州，房东却隐瞒不报。3月2日上午，广州市白云区黄石街对瞒报疫情情况的陈田北约北街一出租屋主李某，依法拆除其违法超高建设650余平方米。

　　疫情防控进入关键时期，黄石街全力投入到疫情防控战中，严肃处理不配合、不支持疫情防控工作的人员，筑起了一道疫情防控的坚固防线。

　　

　　陈田村屋主隐瞒租客由疫区返穗情况

　　2月6日上午，陈田北约北街九巷一出租屋的601房租客（2月4日从湖北抵达白云区陈田村）出现发烧症状，当天已被立即送院治疗。在601房租客送院治疗后，黄石街、陈田经济联合社干部立即上门了解情况，但李某妻子仍刻意隐瞒601房租客的湖北返穗行程，在联社干部再三核问下才如实说明情况。

　　幸运的是，601房租客经检查并非是新冠肺炎患者。然而，这并不能减轻李某妻子瞒报行为的恶劣程度，她也没按照一级响应要求对601房租户实行14天居家隔离，这给出租屋及周边住宅居民身体健康安全带来严重威胁。一旦发生疫情，极容易造成社区内部扩散，给黄石街疫情防控工作带来十分恶劣影响。

　　据了解，早在1月31日、2月1日，陈田经济联合社已按照街道的工作要求，连续2天向全体村民群发防控通知，明确要求各出租屋主必须认真摸查返回租客近期行程情况，发现近期有到过疫区或有发热、咳嗽等症状租客的，必须马上报告村委，并监督租客自行居家隔离14天或送院就诊。

　　在查明出租屋主的责任后，黄石街迅速启动严肃的查人查事查违，以进一步压实出租屋屋主的疫情防控责任。

　　鉴于陈田出租屋主李某未落实疫情防控主体责任，黄石街针对陈田出租屋主李某瞒报湖北来穗租户情况、未对该湖北返穗租户进行14天居家隔离等行为，录制通报音频，要求辖内4个经济联合社通过流动广播或大喇叭滚动播放3天，广泛告知各联社出租屋主。

　　“因为不配合疫情防控工作而被依法拆除的违建，这是春节后首宗，今年我们的拆违工作，也将继续结合出租屋主在各项重点工作中的主体责任落实情况来开展，比如消防安全、禁毒工作等等，争取加快完成拆违任务。”黄石街党工委副书记邱名敦说。
