最近因为租别人房子做短租生意，最后房东和“二房东”对簿公堂的新闻屡见报端，但房东告二房东不新鲜，二房东告了业主的故事，您听说过吗？

一个名叫Tong“Heintz”Sun的华裔男子，在整个BC拥有大约12处物业，但都不是他本人的，而是他租了业主的房子，再拿来经营利润丰厚的短租业务。 但最近，他却把至少三所房屋的业主给告了，他表示，自己之所以租这些房子，就是要挂在Airbnb的做短租。 但他认为，自己经营的这几家短租经营不善，业主需要负很大责任。

在疫情发生之前，公寓房的价格增速是超过独立屋或者半独立屋的。但在疫情发生之后，随着“在家工作”的工作形态越来越普遍，有更多的人对能够提供更大居住空间的单户住宅产生了更大的需求，市场上很大比例的公寓需求转而形成了新的独立屋需求。

根据CMHC（加拿大按揭和住房公司）昨天公布的最新“住房开工量先导数据”，在过去的8月份，加拿大全国的“新房开工率”大有提高，其中各城市中心区公寓或其他型式多户住宅的新房开工率也大有提高。

为了控制疫情，加拿大边境限制措施延长，移民和留学人数持续下降，已经影响多伦多和温哥华两大移民留学城市房租大幅下跌。

多温两地房租多年来首次罕见下跌
