貸款利率自由落體式下降進1.6時代

對於想要買房子、或是貸款續約、或是重新規劃貸款財務等問題的人來說，現在真的是絕佳的好時機，加拿大的貸款利率正在進入自由落體式下降的瘋狂階段，

西部投資報道稱，目前最低的五年期固定利率已經降至1.9%，而最低的1-5年期的浮動利率，經過貸款經紀人的折扣之後可以降至1.64%-1.68%

其實5年期固定利率降至2以下已經有一個月的時間，匯豐銀行的1.99%已經出現了好一陣

最近一年期的固定貸款利率也出現了1.64%的歷史新低

浮動貸款利率，經過貸款經紀人的優惠折扣後，1-5年期或都可以降至1.7%以下。

不過業內分析卻感到不樂觀，畢竟失業率仍然在歷史高位，而當聯邦政府這些免費福利發完結束之後、還有那些在疫情期間申請了貸款延期的人，在這些福利政策都宣告結束後，將如何面對新的形勢下的各自的財務危機？

加拿大央行的報告稱，抵押貸款在5月創下新高，達到1.68萬億加元，較4月增長0.6％，較2019年5月高6％。這些無疑是低利率所帶來的巨大增長。
